This fun summer-themed name craft is an excellent way to help children learn to spell their name. In this activity, kids will be coloring the scuba diver and bubbles and then creating an underwater scene with their name.

This colorful, fun and engaging editable name practice activity is a perfect addition to your summer or beach theme!
Kids will be building their names by placing the bubbles coming out of the scuba divers snorkel. Once complete, they will be presented with a fun underwater name craft!
This file allows you to build 10 editable name practice scuba divers in just minutes. Simply fill in the form and the rest will be done for you.
Have more than 10 kiddos? No problem! After you have printed your first set of names, hit the “clear form” button and the entire document will be cleared in seconds. Allowing you to enter the next set of names.
The summer-themed name practice allows for names up to 10 characters. Their names will also be displayed on the diver so they can quickly reference that to build their name.
How to set up the Editable Name Practice activity:
- Complete the form with the names of the children that will be building their names and print out the pages
- Provide children with markers and/or crayons
- Children will color the scuba diver and the bubbles
- If children are able to, they may cut out the scuba diver and bubbles (otherwise, you may want to do this step)
- Provide children with blue construction paper and glue sticks. Instruct children to glue the scuba diver to the construction paper. And to then glue the bubbles, forming their name, from out of the snorkel.
