Shadow Matching Spring

Description

This pack of shadow matching activities is perfect for spring time! It features three different activities that can meet your students where they are at now.

The first shadow matching activity is a color, cut and paste activity. This is great for children that are good with scissors, but working on building their skills further. The cutting lines are varied, including both curved and straight lines.

Images Included: bee, bird, kite, butterfly, bunny, dragonfly, tulip, caterpillar, frog, flowers, umbrella, duck, rain boot, nest, ladybug, grass, rain coat, rain, puddle, rainbow, lamb, seeds, watering can, sprout (12 total pages)

The next activity is a shadow match seek and find activity with writing practice. This can be set up in a center where children match the images and then practice their handwriting.

It can also be used as a seek and find game. One day, students can look around the room to find their shadow matches. The next day, use it as a handwriting activity.

The final activity is perfect for beginners! This is a set of 2 shadow matching worksheets. Children will cut out the images at the bottom of the page and then paste them to the top, matching them, based on their shadow.
