Words with AY Sound Phonics Instruction

Description

This bundle includes 6 different activities that you can use with your students or kiddos to help them learn that AY makes the “A” sound in words. The bundle includes both hands-on activities, as well as, reading and writing practice.

What is Included:

• Clothes Pin Cards in both white and blue. Kids will use some type of marker to notate those words that contain the “AY” sound.
• Build the AY word. Kids will use child-like paperclips to connect the pictures and build out the words.
• Fill in the Blank Cards. Kids will look at the picture, sound out the words and fill in the missing letters.
• Play dough mats to use to practice sight words with the AY sound.
• Sentence reading with words that contain the AY sound.
• Worksheets that contain sight words with the AY sound.
