Beach Color Matching Activity

Description

Kids are going to enjoy using their hands to match their colors with this beach-themed color matching activity.

With this activity, children will be matching the pails and shovels to the sandcastles, based on the color of the flags.

To use this activity: print out the sandcastle and pails/shovels pages, cut out the pails and shovels and laminate everything. Add Velcro dots to the sandcastles and to the back of the shovels/pails. Children will place the pails/shovels on top of the sandcastles.

This color matching activity is perfect for those just learning their colors and others that are working towards mastery. For those beginning learners, this is an activity that will work best in small groups or one-on-one.

The match the colors will make a great addition to any beach-themed or summer unit. It is also a wonderful all-year activity!
