Let your kids practice their names with this fun and engaging chimney name recognition activity.
Description
If you have kids that are working on name recognition, then this adorable editable name practice activity is perfect! Kids are provided with their names at the bottom of the chimney and then they build their name on top of the fireplace.
There are several ways this activity can be used:
- You can cut out all of the elements after the names have been added. Laminate everything and then use as an activity throughout the month. Optionally, you can also add Velcro dots so that the letters do not move around.
- If the kids are too young, you can cut everything out and then let them glue the letters on the fireplace. Children as young as 2.5-3 can learn to use glue sticks with adult supervision.
- For older children, they can cut out the elements themselves and then glue to the fireplace.
