Refunds may be requested within 3 days of the original purchase date, provided that the purchased resource has not been downloaded or used. If the resource has been downloaded in any way, we are unable to issue a refund due to the digital nature of our products.
Once the 3-day refund period has passed, or if the purchased resource has been downloaded, all sales are considered final and refunds will not be provided.
Because our products are digital files, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review the product descriptions, previews and included details before purchasing to ensure the resource is the right fit for your needs.

Membership Renewal Refund Policy
We want you to have the best experience with your Simply Kiddos membership. Because your membership provides immediate access to a digital library of resources, refunds are limited to the conditions outlined below.
Quarterly and Annual Memberships Renewals Only
Quarterly and annual membership renewals may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of the renewal date, provided that no resources have been downloaded after the renewal payment was processed.
If any resources are downloaded during the 7-day refund period following a renewal, the payment is considered final and a refund will not be issued.
Members are encouraged to cancel their membership before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing period. Cancellation will prevent future payments but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.
Because Simply Kiddos provides immediate access to digital resources, we are unable to offer refunds after the 7-day refund period has passed or once resources have been downloaded.
