How do I access downloads?
Once you’re logged into your account, you’ll be able to access and download resources throughout the site. Simply visit the resource you’d like to use and click the download button. If you don’t see a download option, make sure you’re logged in with an active membership. Still having trouble? Contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
I can't log into my account. What do I do?
First, make sure you’re using the email address associated with your account. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting our Lost Password page and following the instructions to create a new password. If you don’t receive the reset email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you’re still unable to access your account, please contact us.

Can I use these resources in my classroom?
Yes! Our resources are designed for use in classrooms, homeschool settings, daycare centers, and other educational environments. Your purchase or membership includes a single-user license, which allows you to print and use the materials with the children in your care or classroom. You may print the resources as many times as needed for your own students.
Can I share resources with other teachers or parents?
Our resources are licensed for a single user and may be used with the children in your classroom, daycare or homeschool program. You are welcome to print materials for your students and send copies home with families for educational purposes, including homework, practice activities, take-home learning packets and family engagement activities.
However, the digital files themselves may not be shared, emailed, copied, sold, uploaded to other websites, cloud storage services, social media platforms, or distributed to other teachers, classrooms, schools, daycare programs, or organizations for their own use. If another teacher or parent would like access to our resources, please direct them to our website to obtain their own copy or membership.
In short: You may print and use the resources with the children in your care, including sending printed copies home for practice. You may not share the digital files or give others permission to use the resources outside of your own students.
Do I need special software to open the files?
Most of our resources are provided as PDF files. To view and print them, you’ll need a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don’t already have a PDF reader installed, you can download the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader here:
How do I update my membership or billing information?
To update your membership details, billing information, payment method or account information, first log in to your account. Then navigate to Account → My Account where you’ll find options to manage your membership, view your billing history, update your payment information and make changes to your account settings.
If you’ve recently updated your payment method, please be sure to save your changes before leaving the page.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes! You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and visiting Account → My Account. Once your membership is canceled, you will continue to have access to member benefits through the end of your current billing period.
Please note that membership fees are non-refundable, and we do not offer prorated refunds or credits for partial billing periods. For example, if you cancel in the middle of a quarterly or annual membership term, your membership will remain active until the end of that term, but no refund will be issued for unused time.

Do you offer refunds?
We want you to be confident in your purchase and membership. Our refund policy, including eligibility requirements, timeframes and any applicable exclusions, can be found on our Refund Policy page.

Can I request a specific resource or activity?
Absolutely! We love hearing ideas from teachers, daycare providers, homeschool families, and parents. Many of our best resources have been inspired by suggestions from educators and families who use our materials every day.
