These Alphabet Worksheets for Preschool (and up) are no-prep and great to use year-round. Each letter has its own page of images that start with that letter sound. They are designed for our youngest learners in preschool and kindergarten.

For classroom teachers: I recommend doing these alphabet worksheets together as a class and then have students color the images afterwards. Or have students color the images and then go over the words together afterwards. Whichever works best for your classroom.

By going through the words together, this ensures that students are making that letter sound to word connection. For example, students may mistake “bubbles” for “soap” on the letter b worksheet.

What about letter X?

The preschool alphabet worksheets feature all words that end with the letter x for the letter x worksheet. Words included for letter x: mix, ox, box, wax, ax, six, fox and sax.
