This colorful, fun and engaging editable name practice activity is a perfect addition to your fall or apple theme!
Kids will be building their names by placing the apples on the empty tree. Once complete, they will be presented with a fun apple tree!
This file allows you to build 10 editable name practice apple trees in just minutes. Simply fill in the form and the rest will be done for you.
Have more than 10 kiddos? No problem! After you have printed your first set of names, hit the “clear form” button and the entire document will be cleared in seconds. Allowing you to enter the next set of names.
The fall-themed name practice allows for names up to 10 characters. Their names will also be displayed on the apple at the bottom of the tree so they can quickly reference that to build their name.
How to set up the Editable Name Practice activity:
- Complete the form with the names of the children that will be building their names and print out the pages
- Provide children with markers and/or crayons
- Children will color the trees and the apples
- If children are able to, they may cut out the trees and leaves (otherwise, you may want to do this step)
- Provide children with construction paper (optional) and glue sticks. Instruct children to glue the tree to the construction paper (optional). And to then glue the apples, forming their name, on the tree.
